About

We design and build gardens.  We also carry out landscape projects such as patios, decking, pergolas, fencing and a whole lot more.

In 2004 Johnny Wing embarked on his RHS level 2 in horticulture at Capel Manor College in north London after getting hooked on gardening as a hobby a few years before. These studies were enough to convince him to leave his career in logistics and start up a gardening business.  This worked out successfully and he continued to study at Capel Manor gaining a City & Guilds in landscaping and a diploma in Garden Design.

Our Inspiration

Our name, The Green Lounge, is inspired by one of the main theories behind garden design.

That is to create a stylish, beautiful, practical and engaging outdoor space which is an extension of your indoor space.  Also the inspiration for our logo, we hope conveys this too, that the ultimate goal is reached when both your house and garden are in perfect harmony.  Your garden can become your green  lounge.
